Warranty

Scorpion Lacrosse stands behind our commitment to excellence in providing the customer with the best equipment, and our warranty program reflects that. Our warranties differ per item, so please review closely below. When you purchase a Scorpion handle at your local dealer, you will fill out a warranty e-card on site that will be sent directly to us via email from your dealer, so we have you in our system. This will ease the burden on the retailer from providing you with a replacement item and allows us to get feedback from you regarding the performance of our product.

• First, your purchase must be made through an authorized Scorpion dealer.
  Proof of purchase is required for each return. Proof of purchase can be a receipt, cancelled check, credit card or bank statement, or anything else that clearly indicates the date of purchase. Scorpion does not warranty products that are promotional items, or part of our camp program.
• Scorpion will not replace dented items, only broken sticks that have been broken during the normal course of play. For this reason, we must review all warranty submissions individually.
• If we deem your warranty submission to be valid, we will mail you a new one promptly, if not we will simply mail you back your original shaft.
